11月28日下午，华师大校园英文杂志ECNU Circle联合校英文网举办针对英语新闻采访的研讨讲座。应邀参加此次讲座的嘉宾有《中国日报》上海分社副总编徐晓民，专题部项目主管崔靖，以及《21世纪英文报》上海分社刘辉主任。出席讲座的还有4166am金沙信心之选书记俞黎阳、副院长朱晓映，以及ECNU Circle和校英文网的指导老师和记者同学们。整场讲座历时两个多小时，会场座无虚席，掌声频频。

首先，ECNU Circle的指导老师简单地介绍了ECNU Circle杂志以及校英文网的创办过程、发展状况以及未来的预期目标，也表达了和社会专业媒体机构展开合作的意愿。4166am金沙信心之选的领导也对此表达了肯定和支持。

随后徐副总编介绍了新闻采访的要素和采访问题的种类。为了让记者同学们更好地理解采访的技巧，她结合著名主持人柴静的访谈节目《看见》， 有针对性地分析了采访过程中可能遇到的问题和应采取的对策。期间，徐副总编妙语连珠，案列分析引人入胜，赢得了在场所有老师和同学的掌声。她特别强调地指出，采访前期的准备工作非常重要。不论是做什么样的采访，都应在采访前全面充分地收集信息和了解背景，并且精心准备采访的问题。只有这样才能在采访的过程中做到游刃有余，获得自己想要的有价值的信息。此外，她还结合自己的经验告诫记者同学一些采访的误区：比如，在采访中完全依赖录音笔。她认为记者应该一边采访一边记录，整理思路筛选信息。还有采访后要尽快完成新闻稿的写作，因为采访刚结束时记忆最深刻，也最清楚采访中最值得报道的信息。在座的老师和记者同学们听得都很入迷，或点头赞许，或会心一笑，或伏案记录。

在互动提问的环节中，同学们结合自己在ECNU Circle和校英文网站工作中遇到的问题向徐副总编提出了很多问题，内容涉及如何和受访者建立信任关系、如何挑选有价值的采访信息，如何把握采访的契机，以及如何提高自身的新闻素养等等。他们的问题都得到了徐副总编专业的解答。

讲座结束后，徐晓民副总编、刘辉主任和崔靖项目主管与在场的外院领导、指导老师以及记者编辑同学们一起合影留念。双方深入讨论了进一步合作的细节，旨在培养优秀的师大英文记者团队，打造师大校园英语文化平台，对外展示师大的独特文化。

　ECNU Circle杂志坊作为华师大大学英语第二课堂在2013年3月创建。目前ECNU Circle是中国大陆首个高校校园英文刊物。ECNU Circle和校英文网站会联合举办有关英语新闻采访写作、排版设计以及摄影等系列讲座。（写稿：陈雨萌，秦芳依；　改稿：王志宏）

 On 28 November the first joint workshop for ECNU Circle and ECNU English Website was held at the School of Foreign Languages. It featured a lecture on interview skills in news reporting given by Ms. Xu Xiaomin, Associate Chief Editor of China Daily Shanghai Bureau. Together with Ms. Xu, other seasoned editors and staff from China Daily also attended the meeting.

The workshop started with a brief introduction of the ECNU Circle, ECNU English Website and China Daily. It was then followed by the lecture on interview skills of reporters. Ms. Xu drew a brief outline about the techniques frequently used in interviewing, including questioning and note taking. "Interviewing, ideally, is just getting information through talking," Xu said.

Then she gave further explanation on how to apply the questioning techniques in an interview through a video clip of Chai Jing, a famous Chinese journalist, interviewing Jet Li. Jet Li is called "the emperor of Kung Fu" and is also the founder of The One Foundation, an independent public fundraising foundation in China.

At the Q & A session, Ms. Xu kindly take all the questions from the reporters and editors present and shared with them her working experiences as a journalist and her tips on news reporting.

ECNU Circle is the first English campus magazine in mainland China. The two-years-old magazine is now establishing a partnership with China Daily, which means students working for the magazine may have chances to get more professional training and even work as interns in China Daily.
